Yoga and Guided Meditation with Lucia is Back!

Wake up with your weekly dose of relaxation and focus as Yoga and Guided Meditation with Lucia will be back beginning Saturday, June 20th at 9:00am! 

We know that these times still hold uncertainty for many of us. Some of us are working more hours than ever from home, while others aren't working and don't know if they will have a job to go back to. We totally get it. That's why for this block of sessions we will be starting a "Pay As You Please" program where we are asking you to contribute only if you can. For those who can, we are asking $10 per session. Payment can be made by sending an e-transfer to info@bodysciencetherapy.com
