Massage therapy is primarily the hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft-tissues- the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints- for the purpose of optimizing health.

In order to achieve this, massage therapists use their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to combine traditional Swedish and modern Massage Therapy techniques with other therapies such as exercise and cupping in their individualized treatment plans. Massage therapy acts on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems to develop, maintain and improve physical function and to relieve or prevent pain and stress.

Our expert registered massage therapy services are integrated with an advanced understanding of the body in order to provide a holistic therapeutic approach, or to provide a relaxing way to unwind your body's tense tissues.
